If your version of Internet Explorer does not allow access, please install FireFox web browser to use this application.
Ideally use current version of FireFox web browser. However you can also use Internet Explorer 7 or 8 but you must set Protected Mode to Off. NB. The site is still secure. To do this double click on where it says Protected mode: On bottom right of this window and un-check the Enable Protected Mode checkbox.
Will work in any Mac browser, including Chrome, Safari, Opera and Firefox.
